What is IBPS Clerk 2017 State-wise Cutoff?

The state-wise cutoff of IBPS Clerk will depend on the total number of vacancies. For eg: If the number of vacancies in any state is less than the cutoff will be less. On the other hand, states having maximum number of vacancies, the cutoff will be high.

IBPS Clerk 2017 cutoff for preliminary

The IBPS Clerk cutoff for preliminary exam will be decided out of total 100 marks. Candidates who will secure the cutoff score as per their category will be shortlisted for the mains examination. Candidates are also required to secure cutoff in each section – English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The sectional cutoff will be decided out 30 marks of English Language, 35 marks of Numerical Ability and 35 marks of Reasoning Ability.

IBPS Clerk Cut off  is the most crucial element for deciding an aspirant’s fate in the Clerical level examination conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. Essentially, IBPS Clerk cut off is the minimum score required by a candidate to make it to final merit list for both prelims and mains examination. The preliminary examination for IBPS Clerk 2017 examination will be held in the month of December and lakhs of candidates will apply for it. The nature of the preliminary stage is expected tobe moderate judging from the previous year patterns. However, it may vary depending on the paper setters.  This year more than 7883 candidates will be recruited by IBPS for clerical posts in various banks across the country. In contrast to the previous years, the total vacancies this year have decreased. This means that the IBPS cut off will surely go higher this year i.e 2017.
