Eligibility criteria for the recruitment of SSC SI and ASI 2020 :-

Candidate needs to verify online through official notification whether they are eligible for the post or not. Candidate need to give valid and true information while applying online because if at later stage any of the information is found to be false, then candidate will not be allowed to get into next recruitment round and strict actions will be taken against him or her as per the norms. Paper Pattern for the SSC SI and ASI recruitment 2020 :-

SSC SI and ASI is one of the reputed designation exam. A government service and plus Armed forces gives a candidate flavors of dignity and pride and satisfaction of serving our nation. But in order to get into Central Police Organization , candidate need to clear the exam. There are two papers. Candidate need to clear and score in both in order to get into the commission. Also once the written test is cleared candidate needs to get into the medical test and PET test. We will be discussing about it in detail in this article. So lets begin with the paper pattern of exam and preparation strategy :-

Paper I :-

The total time allotted for the exam is 2 hours, there is no sectional timing allotted. Candidate can attend any section as per his wish. Candidate can either attempt any section and in any order. Subjects in Paper I include General intelligence, General Knowledge, quantitative ability and English subject. Each section has 50 marks and thus total comes to 200 marks for Paper I.

Candidate needs to attempt both the papers in order to get into the recruitment process of SSC SI and ASI.

PET – (Physical Efficiency Test) :-

Candidate needs to get through the Physical efficiency test, once they clear both Paper I and Paper II in the exam. For clearing the physical efficiency test, candidate needs to clear PET and medical test as well. Certain attributes which defines PET are listed below :-

  1. Candidate eye sight must be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without wearing the specs.
  2. Candidate must not have knock knee and flat foot
  3. Candidate needs to be in good and strong mental health.

Cut off for the recruitment of SSC SI and ASI 2020 :-
